Lets address these claims...

Im NOT a fraud.. I have never faked or photoshopped any information, to top it off EVERY video I make has the material sourced and linked below the video , so people can go look for themselves, to see what I'm talking about.

I'm not a paid schill. I'm not independently wealthy, or a trust fund recipient. I don't make ANY money from my videos, radio, tv, or print content. I have NO sponsors, corporations, movie deals, or book deals.

I'm NOT mentally disabled or on social security disability.

I'm not selling underground bunkers.

My youtube channel was not "planned or staged" in any way.

I had ONE TV show offer on the discovery channel, which I got slammed across the internet for agreeing to be on (although they did record me, they did not pay me, or end up using the footage due to "controversy" .. that was their words not mine).

I was not sponsored or paid in any way to take radiation measurements... (the radiation trip was paid for by donations and out of my own pocket.. which literally took EVERY last cent from my bank account and got me about 235.00 in negative fees).

I have never taken anyones work in regards to HAARP rings or earthquakes (not that there was any real HAARP ring weather forecastingwork before I came along anyways.. LOL) And the earthquake data I provide is public access.. no one else does earthquake forecasts in the manner I do them.. and again.. I provide all the links.

I DO have a college education (in a field unrelated to meteorology, or geology) ..my certifications in information technology, specifically Hardware systems design. I attended (but did not graduate)... I am not particularly proud of my educational performance of the past -- but hindsight is 20/20. Maybe a degree in geology might settle some of this debate (which I intend to complete in the next few years).

Finally, I am not an internet panhandler.. I do NOT beg for donations or even ASK for them.. I created a button on my page where people could click and donate IF THEY WISH.. with NO PRESSURE (or even commentary) from me. I only ONCE asked for help.. that was to purchase the GEIGER COUNTER which was WAY out of my price range.. and I thanked everyone who donated to help get the counter or take the measurements on the trip across the USA (I even stayed with several viewers .. strangers LOL!!...to keep costs of the trip to a minimum).


I have had my life threatened, my personal information released.. my address, cell phone number, home phone number, bank account information, social security number, and even the COORDINATES TO MY FRONT DOOR ON GOOGLE EARTH have been released on the internet or in video on youtube !!! My extended family has been threatened, and even THEIR information released.

On an extreme note.. I was labelled a terrorist on the DHS homeland security blog, my house has been flown over multiple times per day by military and police helicopter (seen on camera to prove multiple HOURS per day circling MY HOUSE ONLY)... Ive been contacted by the US military (marine Captain in California at 29 palms base).. Ive had strange calls in the middle of the night .. threatening text messages and voicemails left on my phone.. Ive had my websites hacked and deleted.. and even received a package in the mail at my IN LAWS HOUSE that was quite disgusting.


All in all.. how could ANYONE blame me for being to the point where I am at now... imagine it.. and to think IM PAYING FOR IT out of my own pocket to keep it going !

Infowars.com has received a document originating from Halliburton subsidiary KBR that provides details on a push to outfit FEMA and U.S. Army camps around the United States. Entitled "Project Overview and Anticipated Project Requirements," the document describes services KBR is looking to farm out to subcontractors. The document was passed on to us by a state government employee who wishes to remain anonymous for obvious reasons.

Services up for bid include catering, temporary fencing and barricades, laundry and medical services, power generation, refuse collection, and other services required for temporary "emergency environment" camps located in five regions of the United States.

Internment Camp Services Bid Arrives After NDAA

KBR's call for FEMA camp service bids arrives soon after the Senate overwhelmingly passed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) which permits the military to detain and interrogate supposed domestic terror suspects in violation of the Fourth Amendment and Posse Comitatus.

Section 1031 of the NDAA bill declares the whole of the United States as a "battlefield" and allows American citizens to be arrested on U.S. soil and incarcerated in Guantanamo Bay.

A number of civil liberties groups have come out in strong opposition to the legislation, most notably the Japanese American Citizens League (JACL), the nation's oldest and largest Asian American civil and human rights organization.

In a letter addressed to Congress, S. Floyd Mori, the national director of JACL, said the NDAA is the first time that Congress has scaled back on the protections provided by the Non-Detention Act of 1971. Mori said the legislation, if enacted and put into use, would be reminiscent of the unconstitutional indefinite detention of Japanese Americans during World War II.

KBR Instrumental in Establishing Camps in 2006

In 2006, KBR was awarded a contingency contract from the Department of Homeland Security, allegedly to support its Immigration and Customs Enforcement facilities in the event of an emergency, Market Watch reported.

The contract was effective immediately and provided for establishing temporary detention and processing capabilities to expand existing ICE Detention and Removal Operations Program facilities in the event of an emergency influx of immigrants into the U.S., or to support the rapid development of new programs, KBR said. The contract may also provide migrant detention support to other government organizations in the event of an immigration emergency, as well as the development of a plan to react to a national emergency, such as a natural disaster, the company explained.

Army Releases Civilian Inmate Labor Program Document

Soon after KBR's announcement, a little-known Army document surfaced. Entitled the "Civilian Inmate Labor Program," the unclassified document describes in detail Army Regulation 210-35. The regulation, first drafted in 1997, underwent a "rapid act revision" in January 2005 and now provides a policy for the creation of labor programs and prison camps on Army installations.

National Emergency Centers Act

In 2009, the National Emergency Centers Act or HR 645 was introduced in Congress. It mandates the establishment of "national emergency centers" to be located on military installations for the purpose of providing "temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster," according to the bill.

In addition to emergencies, the legislation is designed to "meet other appropriate needs, as determined by the Secretary of Homeland Security," an open ended mandate which many fear could mean the forced detention of American citizens in the event of widespread rioting after a national emergency or total economic collapse, as Paul Joseph Watson noted in January of 2009.

Also in 2009, the Army National Guard began posting advertisements calling for Internment/Resettlement Specialists, a fact noted by Infowars.com, Prison Planet.com and other alternative media outlets but ignored by the establishment media.

Precursor: Rex 84 Mass Detention Operation

Rex 84, short for Readiness Exercise 1984, was established under the pretext of a "mass exodus" of illegal aliens crossing the Mexican/US border, the same pretense used in the language of the KBR request for services.

Many of us have wondered if directed to; would our own military turn on us? It appears that this is the plan and has been all along, yet the question remains......would they actually do it if ordered to?

S.1867, the National Defense Authorization Act bill. Senators Carl Levin (D) MI and John McCain (R) AZ, are bringing this bill to the Senate floor on Monday after having held secret committee meetings while never holding even one hearing on this bill which authorizes military action against US citizens, right here in the United States.

While the bill appears on the surface to be about authorizing defense funding for the illegal wars, the ongoing unwarranted surveillance of the US population and the continuing violations of the 4th Amendment as applied to US citizens, many of the provisions of the bill do not pertain to unidentifiable terrorists or any other villain carefully crafted to terrorize the country. The fact is, as a result of the false flag attacks on 9/11, we have massive numbers of police state "laws" on the books which created "terrorists" or redefined "terrorist activity" to include everything from political dissent and free speech, even including targeting of US citizens for mentioning or referencing the Constitution or supporting third party, non-approved candidates for public office.

When this bill passes with these police state provisions included (I believe it will) you can expect your senator who voted "yes" on the bill to maintain that they only did so because otherwise the funding for the wars would have ceased (we could only hope) and they have to continue to fight the terrorists, terrorism, or what ever lame excuse pops into their heads to explain why they voted to pass what is clearly a police state bill.

The bill itself was drafted in secret and I believe it would be to our benefit to know who actually drafted that bill.

Who were the "stakeholders" who actually wrote the bill introduced by these two traitorous senators. We know they didn't write it, they never do. All bills are written by stakeholders who blow through the doors of congress carry bags of cash to buy the support of politicians who make their living selling off our rights along with anything else that isn't nailed down.

S.1867 includes these provisions highlighted by the ACLU:

If enacted, sections 1031 and 1032 of the NDAA would:

1) Explicitly authorize the federal government to indefinitely imprison without charge or trial American citizens and others picked up inside and outside theUnited States;

(2) Mandate military detention of some civilians who would otherwise be outside of military control, including civilians picked up within the United States itself; and

(3) Transfer to the Department of Defense core prosecutorial, investigative, law enforcement, penal, and custodial authority and responsibility now held by the Department of Justice.
